‘The Retreat’ restaurant at Amatara is a hidden gem for healthy food lovers. Raw juices, smoothie blends, superfoods, salads, wholesome cuisine and healthy coffees are crafted with the utmost care. The menu features unrefined, seasonal produce with both traditional and modern influences. Amatara also offers a 55-meter infinity pool, fitness and Pilates room and plenty of opportunity for Thai Boxing, TRX and even tennis. Amatara Wellness Resort is located on beautiful Cape Panwa, and offers one of Phuket’s best coastal views. Phuket International Airport is a 55-minutes drive away and you can reach Phuket Town within 15 minutes.
With a tropical climate, the island is a year-round destination. Phuket’s ‘dry season’ attracts the largest number of visitors and is from November to March. Temperatures are between 23C and 30C.
The hottest months are from March to mid-May with high humidity and temperatures in the mid-thirties.
The monsoon season runs from mid-May to October, with an average temperature of 28C and very high humidity. This is when the prices are at its lowest.

The Retreat’ opens for breakfast for Wellness Retreat guests and Pool Villa guests as well as lunch and dinner for all guests who are looking for healthy cuisine.

Located below The Grill, Kid’s club is a children’s special area catering to children from 4 to 12 years old, with customised activities, a small pool , in a fun-filled supervised environment. Children under 4 years must be accompanied by parents or a babysitter. Open from 8am to 8pm
