The aim of our yoga and wine experiences is to connect you with like-minded people in real life. We love Savasana, Shiraz and socialising, preferably without digital distractions.
Clean eating and exercise are all important factors when it comes to our wellbeing. However, slowing down and enjoying the occasional wine is just as important as green juices and moving your body.
