In between our overnight yoga retreats in Victoria we love to keep our community connected with a variety of day events in Melbourne. From Yoga and Sound Healing Therapy to Wine & Dine Events (without yoga) we’ve really enjoyed seeing our yoga tribe grow and stay in touch throughout the year.
We love Savasana and socialising, preferably without digital distractions.
Clean eating and exercise are all important factors when it comes to our wellbeing. However, slowing down and taking a break from your digital devices is just as important as green juices and moving your body.
We also believe life is best lived in balance, which is why we give our guests the opportunity to raise a glass (or cuppa!) after class.
We live in a digital world where people hide behind computers and social media. We want to give you the opportunity to mingle with good humans after a Yoga class. You get to practice yoga at various locations across Melbourne. Following a 60 minute yoga session, you will enjoy a wine-tasting, lunch or dinner and connect with fellow yoga and wine lovers in real life. Besides our Yoga Events we also organise casual walks and wine & dine events in Melbourne CBD.
