Our women’s-only Yoga Retreat packages in Victoria and Bali are designed to help you unwind and recharge in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Most Australian retreats are a short drive from Melbourne and are catered to all-levels, whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi. We promise friendly faces, a down-to-earth atmosphere, plenty of flowing conversations and belly laughs.
We welcome all women and anyone who identifies as a woman.
Feel free to browse our FAQ’s and upcoming retreats below or get in touch if you have any questions. We can’t wait to retreat with you.
Absolutely! Our guests are a mix of regular practitioners and beginners or women who have dabbled in yoga many moons ago. Our classes are suited to all-levels and our teachers will guide you through each yoga sequence step-by-step. We will always encourage you to listen to your body and rest when you need to.
We love welcoming solo travellers at our yoga retreats in Melbourne and Bali! Most retreats have a 50/50 mix of solo guests and friends who travel together. If you are joining alone we will pair you up with another female solo guests to share a twin room. Upon request, we will also introduce you to each other prior to the retreat so you can get to know each other a little better beforehand. From the moment you walk in we’ll make you feel at home. We’ll promise friendly faces and easygoing conversations.
Nope! Of course we LOVE it if you attend all yoga sessions and join us for bush walks or wine-tastings, but if you feel that you want to self-care in a different way at that moment, there will be no judgement or funny faces! This is very much YOUR getaway and you decide how much you want to be involved. Please note that we can’t make any adjustments to the price if you decide to opt out of a class or activity that is scheduled.
Absolutely. Our talented chefs have catered to all sorts of dietary needs from gluten and lactose intolerance to low fodmap diets and peanut allergies. You can fill out your dietary needs on the booking form. Please note we prefer to know at least 3 weeks prior to the event.
Absolutely. In fact, all our meals are vegetarian and some are entirely vegan. All our meals are delicious, if we say so ourselves. Don’t just take our word for it though, we have plenty of regular guests who can vouch for this. Just ask if you want a chat with them. The only time you might see some non-vegetarian food is when our wine-tasting guides bring some yummy goodies to pair with wines. Of course, there will be vegetarian options during the wine-tasting too.
Morning classes are vinyasa based slow flows (step-by-step flows linking breath to movement), whilst evening or afternoons are more restorative. Besides vinyasa we teach yin yoga and nidra (deep rest).
Whereas it’s not mandatory, we recommend you attend a few yoga classes prior to attending one of our yoga retreats just to make the experience more enjoyable for you. Feel free to contact us if you want to book a few private yoga classes prior to your getaway.
Our intention – or rather our mission – is to encourage women to unapologetically take time to self-care – every single day. Our retreats are not necessarily ‘healing retreats’ as we focus more on bringing women together and give them the opportunity to step away from the daily grind. We love sharing stories at the dinner table, enjoying healthy foods as well as some indulgent treats like cheese and wine.
This is your chance to reconnect with yourself, to move, meditate and practice yoga. You will pamper your tastebuds whilst enjoying flowing conversations with likeminded women. Not keen on a yoga and wine retreat? We also organise private group retreats and corporate yoga getaways.
On request, yes. Depending on how far in advance you book your retreat.
Usually you pay a $250 deposit to guarantee your spot at the retreat, and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior. We always ask that you have paid the full amount prior to the start of the retreat as we have a commitment to vendors, venues and suppliers.
We like to keep our retreats intimate and small. We have learned from experience that groups between 8 and 14 guests are the ‘magic number’.
It’s easier to have conversations at the dinner table, and it allows us to continue to provide that personalised approach that people seem to love!
We promise we don’t dislike men! It’s purely a practical decision that we made given the intimate sizes of our retreats and shared bathrooms and bedrooms at our venues. And just so we are clear, we welcome anybody who identifies as a womxn.
