With mesmerising views and peaceful surroundings, we always try to find the best destinations for our yoga retreats. From crystal clear waters in Greece, to the incredible Yarra Ranges, our mission is to help you escape to a location where you can find calm, comfort and connection.
Whether you are looking to book a yoga retreat in the Yarra Valley, or escape with us to the beautiful hinterland of the Great Ocean Road, we promise relaxing getaways that will leave you feeling rejuvenated long after you return home.
Most of our yoga retreats in Australia take place in stunning Victoria, but we’ll occasionally venture interstate.
In addition, we love to organise our retreats at venues that care for the environment. We also work with local suppliers for our wine-tastings, food choices and retreat activities.
You can expect carefully curated itineraries that offer the right balance between social time and relaxation, yoga and meditation, and healthy meals paired with delicious wines (optional of course). We offer vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, yoga Nidra and Pilates at all our yoga retreats in Victoria, Australia.
Finally, most of our domestic getaways are either two or three nights so you can enjoy a lovely weekend break to recharge yourself.
We like to think the perfect time to retreat in Australia – especially in Victoria – is between March and May, and September and December. Occasionally we offer a pre-Christmas break in December, but generally you can expect our retreats to take place in the months when the weather is neither too hot or too cold.
If you’re after a truly deeply relaxing – ‘lounging by the pool and enjoying massages every day‘ – type of experience, our Bali yoga retreat is the getaway for you.
As one of the world’s yoga and wellness hubs, Bali offer the perfect year-round destination for a relaxing yoga retreat. Only a short flight from Australia, your retreat can be easily combined with a pre- or post retreat holiday.
Do as little or as much as you like, whilst taking full advantage of the daily yoga, Pilates and meditation sessions. Whether you’re a yoga novice or more advanced, our classes cater to all levels of skills and fitness.
You have the chance to disconnect from technology, and enjoy a digital detox in a laidback environment. Our goal is to inspire you to return home a little more mindful – prepared to create healthier habits that allow you to put your self-care first.
Bali – the island of the Gods – has some incredible scenery, and the friendly locals will make your stay extra special.
Our yoga retreats in Bali always take place in the dry season, between April and October. The days are nice and sunny, without too much humidity. On retreat, all vinyasa classes take place in the early mornings to ensure the temperature is still comfortable.BOOK BALI RETREATS
A yoga retreat in Europe is the perfect opportunity to explore more of the Old Continent, and visit Europe’s most beautiful hot spots before or after your retreat. We highly recommend you sightsee first, then finish your trip with the retreat to ensure you are fully rested when your vacation ends.
More than just a European holiday, our yoga retreats will be the icing on your Tiramisu cake. From delicious cuisine in Italy to sparkling Greek Islands and visits to medieval French towns – we’ve got you.
Stimulate your senses with energising vinyasa flows, unwind your mind whilst soaking up nature, and swim in crystal clear waters.
You will be fully supported by our yoga teachers, even if you have never done a down dog in your life. There is plenty of opportunity to rest and relax in your own time, or join breathwork and meditation sessions if you need a little hand de-stressing. You will learn breathing techniques that you can implement in your daily life so you have the tools to always calm your body & mind.
If you want to book a yoga holiday in Europe as a solo traveller, fret not. We promise a welcoming and non-judgmental environment, and plenty of other guests to mingle with.
Finally, one of the signature staples you can expect at our retreats are the foodie feasts. They are nutritious parties for your tastebuds, paired with a local wine – optional of course.
Whilst this depends on the destination, we believe the best time to visit Europe is between May and early June – as well as September and early October. With less crowds and great weather, we always host our yoga retreats in Europe in these ‘magic months’.BOOK YOGA RETREATS EUROPE
Absolutely! Our retreat guests are a mix of regular practitioners and beginners, or women who have dabbled in yoga many moons ago. Whether you join a retreat in Greece, Bali or Australia, every yoga class is catered to all-levels. Our knowledgeable and friendly teachers are fully qualified and they will guide you through your yoga classes step-by-step. We will always encourage you to listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
We love welcoming solo travellers at our yoga retreats! Most retreats have a 50/50 mix of solo guests and friends who travel together. If you are joining alone we will pair you up with another female solo guests in a twin room. Upon request, we will also introduce you to each other prior to the retreat so you can get to know each other a little better beforehand. From the moment you walk in we’ll make you feel at home. We promise friendly faces and easygoing conversations.
Nope! Of course we LOVE it if you attend all yoga sessions and join us for bush walks or wine-tastings, but if you feel that you want to self-care in a different way at that moment, there will be no judgement or funny faces! This is very much YOUR getaway and you decide how much you want to be involved. Especially for our multi-day yoga holidays – such as the 7-night Greek Island retreat – we totally understand if you need a little space now and again. It’s important that you find the right balance that works for you.
Absolutely. Our talented chefs have catered for all sorts of dietary needs from gluten and lactose intolerances to low fodmap diets and peanut allergies. You can fill out your dietary needs in the booking form. We need to know about any allergies at least 2 weeks prior to our yoga retreats in Victoria. For our Balinese & European yoga retreats, the sooner we know the better so we can liaise with our suppliers on the ground.
Absolutely. Meals are vegetarian (some entirely vegan) and truly delicious at our retreats. Vegetarian/Vegan food does not mean boring and bland. Our private chefs will prep all food from scratch and previous guests have raved about it. Don’t just take our word for it though, feel free to browse our Google Reviews and find out for yourself. For our European yoga retreats, depending on location and guests, we might throw in a vegetarian and/or fish barbecue, with perhaps some live music.. Remember, you can always tell us in the booking form which foods you don’t eat and we’ll pass it on to our chefs.
We teach Vinyasa flow classes in the morning (step-by-step flows linking breath to movement), and restorative Yin classes in the evening or afternoons. Besides Vinyasa and Yin yoga, we’ll also guide you through Yoga Nidra bodyscan meditations, and perhaps a Pilates class or two. Whereas it’s not mandatory, we recommend you attend a few yoga classes prior to attending one of our yoga retreats just to make the experience more enjoyable for you. Feel free to contact us if you want to book a few private yoga classes prior to your getaway.
Our mission is to encourage women to unapologetically take time to self-care – every single day. Our retreats and yoga holidays are designed to bring a bunch of amazing women together and give them the opportunity to step away from the daily grind. We love sharing healthy meals and stories at the dinner table as much as we enjoy guiding you through your daily movement and meditation practice. Retreats are well-balanced and give you the opportunity to enjoy the finer things in life: yoga, sunsets, genuine connections, champagne and chocolate, and amazing food paired with delicious wine. You can look at our yoga retreats as small group holidays for women that include yoga, Pilates, healthy and nourishing meals, and a chance to connect – and make friends – with likeminded people.
Not keen on a women’s yoga holiday? We also organise private group retreats and corporate yoga getaways.
On request, yes. Depending on how far in advance you book your retreat.
You pay a deposit to guarantee your spot at the retreat, and the remaining balance is due 60/90 days prior. We always ask that you have paid the full amount prior to the start of the retreat as we have a commitment to vendors, venues and suppliers.
We like to keep our retreats intimate and small. We have learned from experience that the ‘magic numbers’ are groups between 8 and 14 guests. It’s easier to have conversations at the dinner table, and it allows us to continue to provide that personalised approach that people seem to love!
