The Cleanse Immersion is a multi-day individual health program at Amanpuri, one of Phuket’s leading intimate luxury resorts on the west coast of the island. The package can be booked as an ‘add-on’ by any of your retreat participants. The philosophy behind this carefully created detox retreat is that taking a time out from the stressors and possible excesses of modern life is vital to rebalance your body and mind. Ideal for guests with high-stress lifestyles and unhealthy (eating) habits, your Cleanse Immersion will leave you invigorated and ready to take on life’s challenges with improved stamina and mental clarity.
Available for 3-, 5-, 7-, 10-, and 14 nights, this Aman Wellness Immersion begins with a comprehensive assessment to ensure the program is tailored to your individual needs.
Guests will benefit from three specialist therapy and movement sessions per (full) day and a 60/90-minute healing spa treatment aimed at promoting circulation, supporting immune and lymphatic functioning and relieving stress. In addition, you have access to scheduled group activities such as meditation, yoga and Pilates, and will enjoy a personalised raw and liquid nutrition plan.

• Connective Tissue Massage: A therapy that treats skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.
• Tai Chi: A martial art and moving meditation, Tai Chi was developed in China over 800 years ago. The slow, rhythmic and graceful movements allow Qi energy to circulate around the body, bringing optimum health and calming the mind.
• Soft Tissue Osteopathy: Osteopathy acknowledges the relationship between the body, the psyche and the mind, both in health and in sickness. Osteopathy treats the human body as a whole in terms of structure and function. It assumes that the human body has the capacity to self-regulate, and helps to restore homeostasis.
