Your fitness retreat starts with an in-depth health assessment, ensuring the program is entirely tailored to your specific goals. The immersion includes a comprehensive nutritious diet for optimal performance and combines medium- to high-intensity training, ranging from Muay Thai, Pilates, yoga and bootcamp on the beach.
You’ll be educated in movement and nutritional understanding of performance and recovery, which will benefit you well beyond your stay. Besides the daily specialist sessions and group movement classes, you’ll indulge in a personalised spa treatment in the secluded Aman spa.
