The stress-management program can be booked as an ‘add-on’ by your individual retreat participants after or before your own itinerary. Being constantly tense, worried and anxious has a major impact on your health. It affects your immune system, drains your energy levels, causes mental instability, insomnia and can lead to serious illness.
Relaxing treatments, healthful cuisine, outdoor activities, wellness workshops and yoga sessions are key elements of this Bali stress management retreat. You will learn effective mind-body techniques aimed at reducing anxiety and controlling your response to stress.
**All meals include standard beverages as follows: juice of the day at breakfast; one healthy juice or coconut water at lunch and dinner; coffee and tea; prescribed juices for guests participating in wellness programs and on juice fasts. Imported waters, alcoholic beverages and carbonated soft drinks are chargeable.

Program inclusions are per person except for airport transfers and Ubud transfers which are included on a per room basis. Additional transfers required will be charged accordingly.
