Online Yoga Retreat
Treat yourself to a soulful Sunday yoga session with a two hour online yoga retreat and set yourself up for the week ahead.
Please note this is a virtual event on Zoom, in collaboration with Sabijn Linssen Yoga.
Two hours of pampering for body, mind and soul!
Start with a 60 minutes Yang yoga and movement class, alternating dynamic flows and strengthening postures.
Unwind with a soothing Yin yoga practice after, including restorative postures for deep relaxation and a yoga Nidra guided meditation for better sleep.
You will need a yoga mat. Yoga props are helpful but not needed. Please do grab a blanket, warm jumper and a couple of pillows/cushions for your yin practice.
