Thoughtfully designed to help you slow down and indulge body, mind and tastebuds, our Winter Wellness Retreat brings you a well-balanced escape in Victoria’s finest holiday destination – The Mornington Peninsula. Gentle morning flows are combined with restorative Yin and Nidra Yoga, and wholesome (and delicious!) meals paired with silky wines.
Our itinerary has been created to give you the opportunity to visit the Peninsula Hot Springs on Saturday afternoon for the ultimate weekend of relaxation.

We have chosen a spacious and unique cottage for our Winter Wellness Retreat. Situated in a quiet pocket of Rye, the house sits on an acre of land and features 8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet. It offers various cosy lounge areas, some of which will be converted into our yoga and meditation space.
The open plan kitchen and lounge area will be our communal hub for the weekend. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs, and the remainder of the rooms are all located upstairs. All bathrooms will be shared.
We absolutely adore single guests!
Most of our yoga retreats in Victoria have a balanced mix of single guests and couple friends who retreat together. If you are coming alone and have chosen a twin room, we will pair you up with another guest. We will make you feel welcome the moment you arrive. It might be good to know that we don’t host ‘opening circles’ as we encourage people to get to know each other organically – over a cup of coffee/tea or glass of wine.
Apart from an optional visit to the Peninsula Hot Springs, and transportation to the retreat, we’ve taken care of everything else. All meals – healthy, delicious and with an element of indulgence – are included in your retreat as well as all your Yoga and Meditation classes.

Your host for the weekend and yoga instructor is Sabijn Linssen (Sab).
Originally from The Netherlands, Sab has lived in Melbourne with her husband since 2012. She worked in the travel and event industry for more than 15 years and traded the corporate world for a life in the wellness (and wine..) industry.
Her passion is to help connect like-minded women in real life and she’s been creating and hosting Yoga and Wine Retreats since 2017. She is the founder of Retreat Here, and a massive advocate of a balanced lifestyle.
As a qualified 200-hr Vinyasa yoga instructor with a strong yoga practice for over 14 years, she will give adjustments and variations to all levels. With over 1000+ teaching hours, her classes are a mix of creative flows and moving meditations.
She has also completed a 60-hr Yin teacher training, a 20-hr Yoga for Anatomy training and a Pilates Teacher Training with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute.
