We are beyond excited to organise our first Yoga and Sound Healing Event in Melbourne.

Whether you join with a friend or come alone, everyone is welcome.

Our yoga classes are suited to all levels of yoga and fitness, and adjustments are given where needed. Your yoga host is our founder Sab. She will guide you through a gentle yet creative vinyasa flow and finish with restorative stretches to set you up for your sound healing session. Sab has been hosting retreats since 2017 and has built a community of women that goes way beyond the event dates.

Following your yoga flow, Vesna will guide you through a beautiful meditation and sound healing practice, using Tingsha bells, crystal bowls and Koshi wind chimes.
