Our Women’s Only Yoga and Wine Retreat in Yarra Valley is for those who want to escape the daily grind and connect with like-minded people in a down-to-earth environment. Whether you join alone (we love solo travellers!) or bring a friend, you’re invited to a relaxing weekend filled with yoga and movement, healthy meals and a wine-tasting walking tour of the grounds.
This all-levels inclusive yoga retreat in Victoria is held at the gorgeous Cheeky Fox Retreat: Cotton-On’s, Lorna’s and Lulu’s, all are welcome.

This is very much your getaway. You decide what time you roll out of bed. If you’re not feeling certain activities, you simply don’t do it. If you prefer a sleep in over a yoga class, you sleep in. If you feel like reading a book instead of the wine-tasting walking tour, you’re welcome to do just that.
Cheeky Fox Retreat sits on 50 private acres with spectacular views over the Ranges. There are 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a meditation space, private cinema, solar-heated pool, lush grounds, and plenty of private bush tracks for you to explore.
Please note this is not a traditional yoga retreat venue with a dedicated yoga studio. All movement classes will be held in unique spaces in and around the property.

EXTEND YOUR STAY

Your host for the weekend and yoga instructor is Sabijn Linssen (Sab).
Sab has worked in the travel and event industry for more than 15 years and now creates Yoga and Wine Experiences to help connect like-minded people in real life. She is the founder of Retreat Here, and a massive advocate of a balanced lifestyle. She has been running retreats since 2017.
As a qualified 200-hr Vinyasa yoga instructor with a strong yoga practice for over 12 years, she will give adjustments and variations to all levels. Her classes are a mix of creative flows and moving meditations. She has also completed a 60-hr Yin teacher training, a 20-hr Yoga for Anatomy training and is currently participating in a 50-hr Budokon Yoga Teacher Training with a focus on mobility.
